As a global automotive supplier with over 30,000 employees, Benteler relies on innovative training solutions to nurture talent and optimize processes. From 2014 until the completion of our joint projects, we supported Benteler in localizing numerous e\u2011learning courses in 7 languages, including Chinese, English, Spanish, French, Brazilian Portuguese, Swedish, and Czech. The content ranged from competency development and performance management to the rollout of new SAP software.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Our task was to localize the content in a way that was linguistically and culturally tailored to the target markets, without losing sight of the technical complexity:\n
